Processing and Transit Time

Orders of Items non-requiring special customization are usually processed within 1 business day, but in some cases, it can take up to 2 business days. To calculate when you will receive your order, you need to consider the processing time as well as the shipping method you selected.

For example: If you select Ground Service, expect 1-2 days processing time + 1-5 days shipping time. Therefore, you'll receive your order 2-7 business days after you place it.

Products requiring special customization will affect the shipping time above. The customization and delivery time for these orders is typically 2-3 weeks.

International Delivery Policy

International customers will be required by their country to pay duties and taxes before they receive their package. These rates vary by country. Please take note of this extra cost, as it is not included with your Best Buy Soccer merchandise and shipping charges.

Delivery to most physical addresses occurs within 5 to 28 business days. The following in-house processing procedures will postpone the shipping of your order: customizations, back-order, and special-order. Your entire order will be sent in a single shipment.
