Return & Exchange Periods
If you purchased your items online, by phone or by mail and your merchandise qualifies for a return or exchange, the following applies to you. Almost all items that have been worn outside (especially shoes) will show signs of wear and will no longer be in original, brand-new condition, thus it is important to try everything on indoors or we cannot accept or process your return. ANY ITEM THAT SHOWS ANY KIND OF WEAR OR GRASS/DIRT STAIN OR SMELL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN AND WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU AT YOUR EXPENSE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If we sent you the wrong item in error, we will, of course, pay the shipping costs. We ship all exchange orders back to you for FREE (Priority Mail or UPS Ground service) in appreciation of your business with us.
Does my merchandise qualify for a refund?
If all applicable conditions are met, within 30 days of purchase (45 days for BALLERS CLUB members) we can refund the full amount in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
How to proceed with the return?
- For registered Customers with an account at Playwatchwear.com: Request from a registered user can be posted from the special RMA tab in your account's dashboard. The RMA can also be requested from the My Orders -> View Order screen. Click HERE if you are a registered user.
- For “Guest” customers that do not have an account at Playwatchwear.com Please complete the returns and exchange form HERE and include it with your shipment.

To expedite the process, please print and include in your package the form or confirmation provided to you when the return has been authorized and ship your return package either UPS or insured U.S. Mail (remember to keep your receipt and tracking number) to:

Please note that for international returns duties and charges may arise from the return back and forth, we suggest you specify in your shipment that it is a return for an exchange and see if that helps. We do not guarantee that doing that would avoid any duties or taxes since customs laws and regulations vary from country to country.
No COD returns are accepted
Please understand that we cannot accept COD's or packages marked "Bill Recipient" and please keep the receipt or tracking number of your returned package in the event it is delayed or lost in transit. All refunds will be for merchandise only; we cannot refund shipping costs unless the item was sent in error. Returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive merchandise.
Returns Processing Time
Allow approximately 1-3 weeks after your return arrives back at our location to receive your replacement item or refund (less shipping costs). We do not usually charge to ship domestic exchange items back to you via standard ground shipping. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that Soccer Shop has all necessary product contents and information to process the return/exchange.
We are not responsible for returned merchandise that is lost in shipping.
Returning Defective Items
Every item that we sell meets our highest standards for quality and performance. Many of the items we sell require special care because of the materials they are made of (leather, latex foam, ortho glass, performance fabrics, etc.). It is our experience that through proper care and normal use almost all defects for apparel and footwear will be evident in the first 30 days after purchase.
For this reason, you may return any defective item for 30 days after the date of purchase for an exchange or full refund. If the manufacturer has an extended guarantee on a product it will be honored. Natural wear and tear on an item are not considered a defect. We also recognize that in extreme circumstances, an item you have owned for more than 30 days, even one that does not show excessive wear or maintenance neglect, may truly be defective. Our goal is to honestly evaluate every return and make a reasonable decision on every claim.
After the item has been inspected and determined to be defective, we provide store credit based on the amount of time the item was used before the defect occurred. Please read our Warranty Policy below for more detailed information.
Products purchased through other retailers
Only items that have been purchased directly from Play Watch Wear (PWW), either through the PWW Online Store or at a Soccer Shop Retail Store, can be returned to PWW. Products from the brands that PWW carry or represents that were purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Play Watch Wear. With just a few exceptions, nearly everything we offer can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
CONDITION: Original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided. All parts of merchandise must be still in original, brand-new condition, showing no sign of customization, wear, or use of any kind. If returning a video, CD, DVD, calendar, software or game, it must still be unopened and sealed inside its plastic wrap. If returning apparel, it must still be plain, not customized with a name, number, or badge of any kind and contain their original tags.
COMPLETENESS: All the original tags, badges, plastic wrap, box, wrench, etc. that were delivered with your merchandise must be enclosed. If the item was delivered as a set, all parts of the set, tops, bottoms, inserts, must be enclosed.
RECENCY: The merchandise must have been purchased/delivered less than 30 days ago.
EXCEPTIONS: No returns or exchanges allowed after 30 days of purchase. ALL sales are FINAL for gift certificates, team uniforms or any item customized with a logo, name, number, icon, or badge, autographed collectibles, event tickets and items purchased on clearance. If any of the conditions above are not fully met, please do NOT attempt to return your merchandise, as we will not be able to process your return.

Proof of Purchase
Proof of purchase is your original receipt/invoice, email confirmation, the packing slip received with the shipment, or your order number.
With original receipt or proof of purchase, items with MATERIAL or WORKMANSHIP flaws receive credit on future purchases.
Natural wear and tear on an item is not considered a defect.
Credit to your account is based on the amount of time the item was used before the defect occurred:
0-30 days: 100% credit
31-60 days: 50% credit
61-90 days: 25% credit
Over 90 days: No credit is provided
If the manufacturer has an extended guarantee on a product it will be honored.
